Once you’ve subscribed to a monthly plan, you’re going to receive an invitation to your private Trello workspace via email.

When you’re requesting designs, you’ll be writing/submitting your brief on one of the boards.

It all depends on how large your project is!

For smaller projects such as a logo, business card etc, it’s going to take anywhere between 2 days to a week (depending on the complexity/research/feedback and revisions).

Sometimes you may only need a thumbnail or a Facebook ad post which could take as little as 1 day.

And for larger projects such as landing pages/websites, it can take between 1 week to 2/3 months (depending on the number of pages / if you need copy written for you, revisions, etc).

You might be surprised to hear this, but as the name suggests, all designs are done by me, Fiona!

Indeed. There are certain designs your subscription won’t be covering.

This includes the following: 3D modelling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
